کیمپ کا مقصد عوام کو بلڈ پریشر کے خطرات سے آگاہی دینا اور ابتدائی مرحلے میں تشخیص کی سہولیات فراہم کرنا تھا۔
کیمپ میں شہریوں کو مفت بلڈ پریشر چیک اپ، بی ایم آئی ٹیسٹ، شوگر ٹیسٹ اور طبی معائنے کی سہولت فراہم کی گئی۔
کیمپ کی نگرانی ماہر امراض قلب اور ہیڈ آف میڈیکل سروسز ڈاکٹر ہمایوں بن عرفان نے کی۔
بلڈ پریشر کو “خاموش قاتل” کہا جاتا ہے کیونکہ اکثر اس کی علامات ظاہر نہیں ہوتیں لیکن یہ دل، گردوں اور دماغ کے امراض کی بڑی وجہ بن سکتا ہے۔

Karachi: A free medical camp focusing on hypertension (blood pressure) was organized at Usman Memorial Hospital.
The primary objective of the camp was to raise public awareness about the dangers of high blood pressure and to provide early diagnosis facilities.
Participants were offered free blood pressure check-ups, BMI tests, sugar tests, and general medical consultations.
The camp was supervised by Dr. Humayun Bin Irfan, a renowned cardiologist and Head of Medical Services.
Blood pressure is often referred to as the “silent killer” because it typically shows no symptoms, yet it is a major cause of heart, kidney, and brain diseases.
A large number of people attended the camp and received valuable health advice and information.
